Testimonies From Phenomenal Women
Have you ever wished that you had a ‘trusted friend’ or a ‘wise counselor’ that you could go to for biblically sound and practical advice? A ‘sister-friend’ that you could go to in the time of need, and have COMPLETE confidence in that fact that she will help you face the constant demands of life?
Well, in September 2012, God blessed me with all these things in a little lady named – Mrs. Lisa Aldridge-Jones!
Lisa is a gifted woman of God, who absolutely adores our heavenly Father, and has a genuine heart for His people. Her selfless and loving spirit allows her to connect with people from ‘all’ walks of life. And her ‘immediate and complete’ obedience to carry out the Lord’s instructions is inspiring and enables her to be used in supernatural ways!
As one of her mentees, I can say that she consistently exemplifies godly leadership. As a ‘true’ servant-leader, Lisa is always willing to invest the time and effort necessary to help others experience God’s unconditional love, limitless favor, beautiful peace and complete restoration --- and will cry and laugh with you every step of the way! She gently and lovingly leads people into acknowledging the truth of their situation, and encourages them to be intentional about pursing an intimate relationship with the Lord and others (i.e. spouses, kids, parents, friends, etc). She also challenges you to explore and answer questions like:
§ Who am I in this season of my life?
§ What is God calling me to do?
§ When God’s speaks, am I attentive and obedient to His instructions?
Lisa is keenly aware of how important it is to teach people to know: ‘who they are’ and ‘who’s they are!’
Thank you SO much ‘Mrs. Lisa Aldridge-Jones’ for allowing God to use you! I am SO grateful that God is always at work and that He allowed you to come into my life!
Just think, what started off a ‘casual’ conversation amongst two strangers walking around an elementary track, quickly transitioned into a mentor/mentee relationship, and blossomed into a covenant-friendship! Thank you for helping me to mature emotionally, spiritually, and physically. Your ability to provide a balance of compassion and correction has definitely helped usher me into new seasons and higher dimensions in my faith journey!
May the Lord continue to clothe you in His divine beauty, strength, grace, favor and unshakable faith! Please continue to stand firm on God’s promises, as He continues to use you to guide, encourage, and empower His people, because: “No eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no mind has imagined the things that God has prepared for those who love him.” ~1 Corinthians 2:9

A God fearing woman. I met Lisa about six months ago. I knew it was something different about this person. We started talking one day after our team meeting at work. My life has not been the same. She began to pour out the blessing of God into my life. She has impacted me in a very positive way. My youngest daughter was diagnosed with ALS. As a mother, when I tell you how much love I have for my daughter, words cannot express. Even as a believer, I trust God with my whole heart but, I know it's only a test. I was at work one day having a casual conversation with another co-worker. She started telling me “Doris, you have to meet Lisa." I thought, “Who is Lisa?” I continued to listen to her talk about Lisa's anointing and compassion for God. I said, “I have to meet this woman of God myself." I walked over to her desk and she immediately asked me to walk with her to the break room. While sitting at a table across from a complete stranger and telling Lisa my situation, she said "Let's pray!" I said, ‘thank you JESUS another women of God at Chase." She is truly an angel sent from God, with uplifting words of encouragement. God sends his angels in all types of disguises. Lisa is definitely God sent.

I met Lisa at work one day. I was going through after losing my mother about 1 1/2 yrs ago. But she didn't know this at the time. We started talking and I felt her spiritual energy. She knew I needed to talk and she took the time to listen. That moment, I began talking to her, we made a connection. That connection turned into a friendship, I truly cherish. I’ve known Lisa for most of my life. As I’ve gotten older and began to experience life’s struggles, she was the one person I could call on for advice about any and everything. She was my “voice of reason”, she was always honest and never self-serving, but always pointing and leading me into the direction of what the Lord would have her to speak to me. After experiencing a divorce in 2008, she and I began to share an additional love of documenting our stores of life and love by becoming authors. Lisa Jones, and I met via a mutual friend over the telephone. At the time, I was told my mother was on her death bed. I was so down I couldn't even pray for my situation. The only words I could manage were "Lord, help me". The doctors and nurse gave us a very dismal outcome or so they thought. Lisa telephoned me and was a very peaceful voice that sounded as if it was only there to comfort me. I was surrounded by doubt and devils telling me this was the end, but Lisa had a different message. One filled with hope and love and strength. She told me pray Psalms 91 until it began to resonate in my Spirit. Had Lisa not stepped in to point me back into the direction of hope, I may have been devoured by the enemy. My mother did come out of the coma and was able to smile. She is still with me. I know one day the Lord will call her home. I learned through Lisa, The Lord and my mother knew I needed more time and for that I am grateful. The key message I learned, even if the outcome was not favorable, it would not have been because The Lord didn't do it.

My sister, Angela worked with Lisa in Georgia some years. Although Angie had spoken often of Lisa and their friendship, I had never met Lisa. Angie shared what a great influence she had been in her life and what a truly spiritual woman God. Sadly, a few years ago I lost my sweet, kind, loving sister Angela. My world seemed to stop. The grief and sadness was so over whelming. Heartbroken, one sad night I had the most compelling urge to call this stranger to me named Lisa. From a greater source I had to completely step out of my comfort zone and heard this voice that Angie had known and spoke of so often. Lisa, with all her compassion and loving ways, listened to me cry and speak of her memories of my sister. What a blessing to me. She brought such comfort to a grieving soul that night. “Lisa and I became acquainted when our boys
played for the same
basketball team. I arrived at our first practice and overheard a small portion
of an on-going conversation between her and two other mothers on the team. She
simply said “I don’t like gossip I’m just not like that”. I don’t know what was
said before or after but her words stood out to me. During the next practice
which happened to be on a Sunday afternoon Lisa and I were introduced by a
mutual friend and we begin talking and the rest is really history.
I was in a hard place emotionally. I allowed the busyness and hardships of life to cause me to drift from my relationship with the Lord. I had recently looked up, in a sense and realized that I no longer had a relationship with God. I started reading the Word as often as I could; praying, attending church and just seeking the Lord and nothing……I could hear nothing.
When Lisa and I started talking on that Sunday
afternoon I felt God assuring me that He had not left me, He still loved me and He was restoring me. Lisa speaks with authority and wisdom that can come only from the Lord. I haven’t met many women
that are “all in” for God. There’s no pretension, arrogance or superficiality.
Everyone at some point needs a person they can be real with. Although I’m
slightly older than Mrs. Lisa Jones she has such clarity about being a wife, mother, woman and all out warrior for God that your life, circumstances and
thinking have to change if you hang around that type of anointing for any length of time.”
